Filthy school aquarium!?

In my science room at school, there's a 20 gallon-ish fish tank crammed with goldfish. There's got to be at least 10 common goldfish in there, but I reckon more because I can't count them properly through the black water. I feel so sorry for them! The tank has been there since I was in 7th grade, and I'm in 11th grade now. I'm surprised they've lasted that long. There's pencils floating around in there and I've seen a few rubbers too. It really annoys me that there's all these batty old women in their white coats pushing trolleys filled with aged microscopes and chemicals around, and yet none of them do anything about it! I feel like I should say something...
