Rate my fantasy football team please?

I'd give your team a 5/10. Your players are ok. Michael Turner, Andre Johnson, Jason Elam, and Ravens Defense are your keepers. Aaron Rodgers, Jason Witten, Antonio Bryant, and Chad Pennington are your sleepers. The rest are fillers. It's going to be hard to have consistent weeks because your QBs are all unpredictable. It's risky to keep Chad Pennington because Miami loves to run the "Wildcat" offense a lot where Chad is a receiver or a back and not QB so you're bound to lose points with Chad not playing QB. Jason Campbell, we all know can have a "coin toss" season where he might either do really well or really terrible. If you want, get rid of one of your QBs and pick up another RB or a RB/WR flex. You don't need 3 QBs.
