Where can you buy Munchkin Bling pacifiers (the pirate themed one)?

We bought the pink one's during pregnancy before we knew we were having a boy and are using that now but since it's a boy we want the pirate one. Can't find them at local Kmarts or online. Not on the Munchkin website either.
