If all these countries who claim they hate USA, because of our policies, hate us if they were the superpower?

Is that all it is? Jealousy of a Nation who can control the status quo of the world? Would the countries that say they hate USA rather have Germany or Japan, Russia, or Venezuela dictate the status quo of the world? Would they rather have Iran be the superpower??????
