Is this a good way to become an FBI Agent? Questions about military as well.?

My brother is a cop, and he wants to go into the FBI one day. They love experience. I can't offer much advice, but I will ask him cause I want to know as well. The FBI love four year degrees obviously and like majors such as physiology and criminal justice. Thats all I know. hope it helped. I will try to add on some more info later.
