Protein fruit smoothie recipes? That dont seperate?

I want to start exercising later in the day and would like to be able to make my protien shakes for after that in the mornings, however my current recipe whey protein, milk, oj, banana, strawberries will seperate in about an hour any good recipes that will stay mixed and still good about 4-5 hours later in the fridge
