Abs...Is it healthy to get themat 14?

i am 14 years old i weigh 71 KG, 5 foot 10, and i want abs like Taylor Lautners, i do 50 crunches in the morning then i drink a big gl of protein shake after and 1 hour of dancing at night, everyday n i have been doing that scince June 2009. i am not sure if it is healthy to get them though. As a teen i am hungry all the time and i eat alot, but i dont seem to gain weight easily, i am skinny/average. i dont know if i have enough self estem or just modevation to keepme going. i have alo heard that doing various exercses (exept for crunches) makes your belly infront of your abs thinner o u can see them...is this tru? I need a healthy diet and exercise routine, i need them within the next 10 months or so. Plz help me, i would much appreaciate it!
