Can anyone recommend a good wifi phone or pda?

I want to be able to connect to the proper net, not just the basic mobile new, on a portable device. A laptop is too big, i want either a phone or maybe a pda that is wi-fi enabled and costs up to about �150. The Samsung i600 looks good, something similar to that with a full keyboard is what i'm after
