Fantasy Def- Pittsburgh for who?

I'm in the finals in my league and need to get my team as strong as possible. I currently have Pittsburgh as my defense but am considering swapping them for someone else. My choices are NO, Ari, Cin, Dal, Ind, SD, NE, and NY-Giants...to name a few. Advice/Opinion is appreciated, Cheers!
