Haggling in places like Bestbuy! What do you think?

I'm from NYC, there the art of haggling is practically taught in school. I try and work deals in almost all my high priced buys. It's the only way to buy now a days. Everything is negotiable, I mean everything. From a car to a new suit. I wen to Circuit City and came out with the best deal I could on a PC and a free printer to boot. Haggling is a way of life. By the way the article is right on. Home Depot and Lowe's are great for matching prices plus they take off an additional percentage if you buy from them, yahoo. Haggle on.......
