How is my fantasy baseball team and should I accept this trade?

Miguel Cabrera hasn't done anything so get rid of him with a solid deal. Ted Lilly and your whole bench are bad. Mark Reynolds, Rickie Weeks, and Brad Hawpe aren't bad but should be traded. On a scale of 1-10, a 6 is what your team is. And no to that deal because Bay and Webb are really, really, great players but Ichiro is good so it's your decision.
