EVGA e-GeForce 6200 PCI graphics card?

Ok so I have a Dell dimension e310, with integrated graphics. It has an ok processor and stuff, but I need a better graphics card. It has no AGP or PCI-E graphics card slot, so I would need to use a PCI graphics card. Is the EVGA e-GeForce 6200 PCI graphics card any good at all? Or are there any better PCI graphics cards. I already know that PCI graphics cards kind of suck, but its all I can use on this PC, and I don't have the money to buy another PC.
